M氏の思い出が詰まったRaleigh。
長年の時を経て劣化が進んでいたため、「もう一度乗れるようにしたい」とのご相談をいただきました。
前回は着々と組付け作業を進めている段階でしたが、このたび、とうとう組付けが完了いたしました！
M氏が見違えるほど美しくよみがえったRaleighと対面されたその日に、ブレーキレバーやハンドル位置の最終確認を行い、最後にバーテープを巻いて仕上げました。
数か月にわたる長期プロジェクトとなりましたが、M氏のRaleighへの深い思いと、今後どのように付き合っていきたいかをお伺いしながら、方向性の検討からパーツ選び、そして組付けに至るまで、一つひとつ丁寧にこだわり抜いて仕上がりました。
時間はかかりましたが、そのぶん慎重に作業を重ねたことで、一生もののバイクとして、これからも長く時を共にしていただける一台になったかと思います。

Mr. M’s Raleigh, filled with memories.
After many years, the bike had significantly deteriorated, and he came to us with the hope: “I want to be able to ride it once again.”
Last time, we were steadily progressing with the assembly — and now, the restoration is finally complete!
On the day Mr. M reunited with his beautifully revived Raleigh, we fine-tuned the brake lever and handlebar positions together, then finished the build by wrapping the bar tape.
This long-term project spanned several months. Throughout the process, we listened carefully to Mr. M’s deep attachment to his Raleigh and how he envisioned riding it in the future. From setting the overall direction to carefully selecting each part, we assembled the bike with meticulous attention to detail.
Though it took time, that very patience has resulted in a truly lifelong bicycle — one that he can continue to enjoy for many years to come.
