Each individual is responsible for arranging their own airfare and checking in at the designated hotel near Shinagawa Station.

DAY 2
2日目
After gathering at the designated location near the hotel, we will embark on a bus tour of the Izu Peninsula. Following the tour, we will proceed to your reserved hotel for check-in. During the check-in process, you will receive your race pack and technical envelope. Additionally, you can store your own bicycle at each hotel.
ホテルの指定場所に集合後、バスで伊豆半島を観光し、その後ご予約いただいたホテルにチェックインします。 チェックインの際には、レースパックと技術封筒をお受け取りいただけます。 また、お持ち込みの自転車は各ホテルで保管いたします。

3日目
Free time at Eroica Village. You can experience Japanese and Izu culture. Participants who have registered for the Modern Ride on the previous day will be racing. In the evening, there will be a Parade Run (for those interested) and a pre-race festival, so please enjoy them.
エロイカビレッジにて自由行動。日本・伊豆の文化を体験できます。前日モダンライドにエントリーされた方は出走。夕方からはパレードラン（希望者）や前夜祭が行われますので、ぜひお楽しみください。

4日目
It’s the main event of Eroica Japan. Please enjoy the beautiful Izu Peninsula to the fullest. Even if you’re not participating in the race, your partners and family can enjoy various programs at Eroica Village. After completing the ride, savor the memories at the evening festival.

伊豆半島を存分にお楽しみください。
また、出走されないご友人や家族の方々も、エロイカビレッジでさまざまなプログラムをお楽しみいただけます。ゴール完走後は、後夜祭で余韻に浸ってください。

After savoring the memories of Eroica Japan and enjoying a sightseeing trip in Hakone, we will check in at a hotel in Tokyo’s vibrant Shibuya, a new destination to explore. Please relish the evening in Shibuya.
エロイカジャパンの余韻を胸に、箱根を観光後、新たな名所である東京の渋谷でホテルにチェックインいたします。渋谷の夜を楽しんでください。
