荒サイフリマは、野外のプライペートスペースで行うサイクルフリーマーケットです。
ここで、参加者の皆様にお願いがございます‼
・マスクを必ず着用する事。
・ソーシャルディスタンスを心がける事。
・小まめに手洗いや消毒を行う事。
以上に気をつけながら出店、会場回りをお願いします。

「荒サイフリマ」は、荒川サイクリングロード脇のオフロードビレッジ奥フリマスペースで行う自転車の部品、用品、アウトドア用品など自転車関連のフリーマーケットです。
車をフリマ会場に入れて出店できるので、荷物の搬入が楽なのが特徴です。
場所はいつも通り、荒サイ脇のモトクロス場「オフロードビレッジ 」です。

開催日 ： 2021年5月30日（日） 8：00 ～ 13：00
出店予定者はオフロードビレッジの奥、フリマスペースに朝7時頃に集合。
7時から出店受付開始、8時からフリマスタート（予定）になります。
フリマ準備中の8時までは出店関係者以外はフリマ会場には入れません。
出店料 ：
小 1.5m×1m以下（1.000円）自転車やモータバイクで来て小さくお店を開く人向き。指定のブルーシートからはみ出さないこと。
大 3m×1.5m以下（2.000円）車を会場に入れて出店できます。
特大 3m×1.5m以上（3.000円）車を会場に入れて出店できます。
出展物に完成車、フレームがある場合は、大、特大で申告して下さい。
小のスペースで出店する人はシートの貸し出しも行います。
開催内容 ：
自転車、アウトドアに関する物 （法律に違反する物の販売は出来ません。）を展示販売できます。
フリマ出店の事前申し込みは不要です。
朝起きて天気が良いので、余っているパーツでも処分しようかという乗りで気楽に参加してください。
出展者の集合時間は朝7時からで、受付を行い出店サイズを申告して下さい。
8時以降に来られた場合でも出店はできますが、車をフリマ会場には入れられません。
出展者は入り口の受付で出店申し込みを行い、出店サイズを申告の上、出店料を払ってからお店を広げてください。
終了時は周りを掃除して、受付に「終了します」と声をかけてから引き上げてください。
駐車場 ： 駐車料金 四輪：300円 / オートバイ：100円 / 自転車：無料

Arasai Furima is a cycle flea market held in an outdoor private space.
We have a few requests for all participants‼
・Always wear a mask.
・Practice social distancing.
・Wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
Please keep these guidelines in mind while setting up your booth or browsing the market.

"Arasai Furima" is a bicycle-related flea market for bike parts, supplies, outdoor gear, and more, located in the flea market space at the back of Off-Road Village along the Arakawa Cycling Road.
One of its key features is that vendors can drive their cars directly into the venue, making loading and unloading easy.
The location is at the usual spot: the "Off-Road Village" motocross track right next to Arasai.

Date: Sunday, May 30, 2021, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendors should gather around 7:00 AM at the flea market space in the back of Off-Road Village.
Vendor registration opens at 7:00 AM, and the market starts at 8:00 AM (scheduled).
To prepare the venue, non-vendors are not permitted in the market area until 8:00 AM.
Vendor Fees:
Small: 1.5m × 1m or smaller (1,000 yen) – Suitable for those arriving by bicycle or motorcycle setting up a small space. Must stay within the assigned tarp.
Large: 3m × 1.5m or smaller (2,000 yen) – Allows you to drive your car into the venue to set up.
Extra Large: 3m × 1.5m or larger (3,000 yen) – Allows you to drive your car into the venue to set up.
If you are selling complete bicycles or frames, please register as Large or Extra Large.
Tarps are available for rent for those in Small spaces.
Event Details:
You may display and sell bicycle and outdoor-related items (illegal items cannot be sold).
No advance registration is required for vendors.
If you wake up to good weather and feel like clearing out some spare parts, feel free to join us on a whim!
Vendor arrival is from 7:00 AM; please register and declare your booth size upon arrival.
You can still set up if you arrive after 8:00 AM, but cars will no longer be allowed into the market area.
Vendors should register at the entrance, declare space size, and pay the fee before setting up.
When closing, please clean your surrounding area and inform the reception before leaving.
Parking: Four-wheelers: 300 yen / Motorcycles: 100 yen / Bicycles: Free
