エロイカジャパンでは5月11-12日に伊豆半島は伊豆の国市韮山時代劇場で開催される世界的ビンテージ自転車フェスティバル「エロイカジャパン2024」にお力添えいただけるボランティアの仲間を募集しています。皆さまの熱意でイベントを一緒に盛り上げて行きましょう！
Eroica Japan is recruiting volunteers for the globally celebrated vintage bicycle festival, "Eroica Japan 2024," set to unfold on May 11-12 at the Nenoyama Jidai-gekijo in Izu no Kuni City on the Izu Peninsula. We're calling on passionate individuals to join us in elevating the event to new heights! Let's come together to infuse this festival with your energy and make it an unforgettable experience!

エイドでもてなされた経験のあるライダーが、前日ファミリーライドや本番のクラシックライドを支えることは、エロイカの魅力を最大限に味わう素晴らしい機会です。
・前日モダンをサポートし、本番クラシックライドでアドベンチャーを満喫する。
・前日モダンライドを走って本番をサポート、本番クラシックでエロイカライダーたちに声援を送る。
※エロイカバイクを持っていないビギナーライダーにお勧めです。

Eroica Japan offers a significant appeal in that riders can also participate as volunteers. For riders who have experienced the warm hospitality of aid stations, supporting the pre-event family ride and the main classic ride is a fantastic opportunity to fully savor the charm of Eroica.
- Supporting the pre-event family ride and enjoying an adventure during the main classic ride.
*Recommended for beginner riders who don't have an Eroica bike.
- Riding in the pre-event family ride the day before and supporting the main classic ride while cheering on Eroica riders.
In various ways of volunteering, make your Eroica Japan experience even more enticing!
ボランティアには設営や撤収、ルートサイン回収などイベント前後にも多彩な活動がございます。観光をかねて長く滞在される方には地域の皆さんと交流することで様々な出会いや耳よりの観光スポット情報などを得られるチャンスです。ボランティアを機会にぜひ伊豆半島に親しんでください。
Volunteering offers a wide range of activities, including setup, teardown, and collecting route signs, both before and after Eroica Japan. For those who plan to stay in the area for an extended period, it's a chance to interact with local residents, providing opportunities for various encounters and valuable information about tourist spots. Take this opportunity to become acquainted with the Izu Peninsula through volunteering.

Eroica Japan 2024 Volunteer Crew Application Overview
● Volunteer Duties:
– Guiding and directing within Eroica Village
– Supporting various events within Eroica Village
– Guiding and directing in parking areas
– Assisting with registration for ride events
– Aid station assistance (providing food and drinks, etc.)
– Preparation for set-up, including guiding at intersections and placing signs
※ Specific duties will be communicated by the organizing committee
※ The type of tasks may vary based on preferences.
● Benefits:
– Exclusive “EJ Crew” Eroica Japan special edition T-shirt for volunteer participants
– Eroica Japan 10th-anniversary gift: ¥1000 Quo Card per day of service
※ Meals are not provided; please bring your own.
● Application Process:
If you’re interested, please input the required information and submit it through the participation form linked below.
● Requirements:
– Individuals with a healthy and hospitable attitude
– Participants must be able to travel to the meeting point independently (no transportation provided)
※ While event-related accidents/injuries are covered by event insurance, personal health is the responsibility of the individual.
